Metal
Oxidized aluminium – chemical element with the symbol Al – a soft and light ductile metal, which may be used either in sheet or cast form. It is then given a satin finish by hand and waxed to create an oxidized effect.
Alpacca – an alloy of nickel, zinc and copper composed of 50-60% copper, 15-30% zinc and 10-30% nickel, with the nickel giving the alloy an appearance very similar to that of silver.
It is used in sheet form and finished with natural colourless waxes.
Bronze – an alloy of copper with another metal, where the additional metal may be aluminium, nickel, beryllium or tin, even if the term bronze is often used to refer to a copper-tin alloy only. It may be used in sheet or cast form and finished with natural coloured waxes.
Oxidized copper – chemical element with the symbol Cu – a soft and ductile metal, which is used in sheet form and given a satin finish by hand and waxed to create an oxidized effect.
